The staff was helpful throughout my stay. the rooms were clean. That was very nice. i found the reception area lovely, and the staff was helpful there too. the location was excellent.
The room i had was very small. there was no space to open the luggage on the floor, inconvenient. That meant i had to carry my luggage up.

i really liked the staff, they are super friendly. the rooms was clean and beds were comfy. breakfast had many fresh options. overall it was a really great experience for all of us.
the soundproof system wasn't great, i could hear everything outside the room. the air duct in the bathroom run always and was really annoying. you could hear people talking outside.

The staff were very cute and sweet. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful. I am forever thankful for the pleasant stay I had. The location is well connected to the metro lines and many nice restaurants are in walking distance.
The exterior of the hotel seems somewhat shady. You have to enter the passage to enter the hotel.
