mixed feelings about this stay

small room broken lights

the room was small. i booked a "tradition double room", i thought it would be larger. the bathroom felt cramped. also, some lights didn't work and nobody came to fix them, even after i reported it. it was a bit disappointing.

the location was really good, a real highlight of the stay! the staff were friendly and helpful, they assisted me with unusual circumstances. i found them supportive.

the carpet looked dated, giving the room a worn feel. the bathroom seemed small.

The reception was very friendly and helpful. breakfast offered wonderful choices. rooms were nice. the bath with the shower was slightly difficult to exit. the hotel provided a NICE experience.

The room felt cramped despite being a "Tradition Double Room". It was difficult to move around the bed. Space was tight. Breakfast disappointed me as there were limited options. The pastries seemed stale. I also found that the staff seemed uninterested in helping with directions, it was annoying.
