surprised by quality
great location helpful staff
The hotel's location impressed me. Many restaurants surrounded it. i found the breakfast had many options available. the staff were helpful too, a very pleasant surprise.

superb stay!
friendly assistance free tea sparkling water upper floor
richard at reception was very friendly, he offered great assistance! the room on the 4th floor was quite nice. i had free tea. coffee in both the room and downstairs! free refill bottles of sparkling water were available from the bar.
the room was tiny! and i could clearly hear people next door talking through the walls. this made relaxing a bit challenging.

easy access front desk
the location offers easy access to multiple metro lines. the front desk provides assistance with taxi bookings and answers to questions. i found complimentary coffee and tea available at all times in the lobby. the breakfast included the same items each day.
the lighting in the room was quite dim.

The room was clean. Free coffee in the lounge was nice. The employees was cute and helpful. I found the location perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood.
The room and bathroom was quite small. It may be a major issue if one is out all day. What disappointed me was the handling of an unforeseen issue. I lost a night due to a strike, and the hotel refused to issue a refund. Towels was not absorbent.

charming stay in a great spot
metro access great shops nice touch secure area
The hotel is on rue delambre, near vavin metro. It is two minutes away. i found it very easy to get around to key locations. i really appreciated the rituals toiletries offered, a nice touch. the area felt secure and there were great shops close by!
the scent of the toiletries was a bit odd and faint to me.
