the location worked well. the staff worked efficiently. the room has space. the breakfast included different options.
the elevator felt little, but it worked fine.

the staff welcomed me each day with a smile! i found vitamin-filled water always available at the entrance. the bedding and bathrooms were clean. breakfast offered nutritious options for our family!

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff
great location polite staff
The location was GREAT. The hotel is near the opera and it is easy to walk around. The staff was polite. We had a fantastic eiffel tower view from our room on the 7th floor!
Someone used a key card to open our door while we were STILL sleeping at 8:30 a.m. He apologized, closed the door, and left. I called the front desk, and they said an employee entered the wrong room. UNBELIEVABLE.

perfect location friendly staff key card unpleasant smell
the location was perfect for exploring! it was close to many metro stations, made getting around super easy. the staff were all helpful, and some were especially friendly, going out of their way to ensure my visit was nice!!!
someone opened my door with a key card early one morning, around 8:30 a.m. they apologized and left, but it was still quite startling. also, the elevator had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like a harsh cleaning product.
