The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Boulevards metro station, so getting around was easy. The family room had ample space for four people, including two bathrooms. I appreciated the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, restocked daily. The lounge offered free snacks until 2 AM. I found this to be a nice extra perk.
The hotel room was a bit small. It was smaller than it looked in the photos. The front desk was occasionally unattended, inconvenient. I also found the price somewhat high for what the hotel offers.

The location worked perfectly. It's easy to reach many attractions by metro. rooms have air conditioning. a mini fridge that staff keep stocked with water and soft drinks, so thoughtful. the beds feel very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. breakfast was so good and offered many choices every morning.
The television mainly showed channels in french. Finding english content proved somewhat difficult.

The location is excellent! I could easily walk to the opera and the Seine. My room was bigger than expected. I was excited about that. The free minibar had water, soda, and juice. It was a nice bonus after a long day of sightseeing.
The room was quiet, though the carpet seemed a little old.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed directions. There is also a convenient room available for storing luggage. It is helpful if your flight departs late in the evening. I really appreciated this extra service.

The location is pretty close to Gallery Lafayette Haussman. It is just a short walk. Being so central, I found it easy to access various attractions and restaurants. The proximity to transportation options added to the hotel's appeal.
