The staff WAS ALWAYS helpful, especially with directions. I FOUND the breakfast area very clean and well kept, it offered a decent selection of pastries. I appreciate the room had a fridge, I found it so useful for storing drinks.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. they accommodated my luggage after checkout, very convenient. the location was excellent with close proximity to the metro. the room was clean daily. It was well-kept.
The wifi was somewhat weak. It struggled with basic email traffic at times.
