helpful staff front desk perfect location tiny lift long queue water bottle
i found all the staff very helpful. evige and joshua at the front desk were excellent. the location was perfect, close to a metro station.
the lift was tiny. it was enough for one person and two bags. i found myself walking up multiple stories just to avoid the long queue for the lift. our room had no fridge and you are expected to go to the lobby to fill your water bottle.

lovely stay near the metro!
clean hotel helpful staff great location
The hotel location was great for getting around. The metro was very close. i found the staff very helpful ! the hotel was clean, and i enjoyed the atmosphere.
I found the lift to be quite small. It barely fit two people with luggage.

the comfort double room park view had a comfortable bed and nice linens! the bathroom was recently redone, though it was a bit tiny. the room also featured a pitcher for water refills.

a mixed experience.
thin walls constant noise
the room was clean and that's something.
the walls are thin i could hear EVERYTHING. it was a struggle to sleep. i asked for help but they told me there was nothing to do.

our room featured a balcony with city views. i could see the eiffel tower. its location was convenient for exploring many sites. it was near a metro stop and several restaurants.
insulation seemed inadequate. i could hear noise from the hallway. this made the room less restful.
