Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

I stayed in March of this year and found the location to be a big advantage. I could easily walk to Jardin du Luxembourg and Cathédrale Notre-Dame. Several metro rail lines are also nearby, quite useful for getting around. The staff was very flexible and accommodating. The breakfast was hearty, with options including French and continental selections.
There was no one to help with my luggage on that last stretch. It was inconvenient to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs.

The staff proved friendly and were always willing to assist when asked. I found this acceptable.
The in-room wifi was practically non-existent. I was told to use the lobby's connection, a significant inconvenience as i needed to work from my room. this should have been disclosed before i booked.

I appreciated the Really good location and its proximity to key attractions. I found several restaurants a short walk away. there was good access to metro stations nearby. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They answered every question. Breakfast had a GREAT variety of options, and the value was worth it.
I was on the sixth. I had to carry my luggage up the spiral stairs. It was inconvenient. The hotel needs to address this issue SOON.

fantastic location

the staff were friendly and spoke english i found that helpful. the bedding was good the bathroom and towels too. there were a few nice restaurants nearby after a long day sightseeing. they also provided coffee and treats in the foyer a nice touch.
i had to carry my luggage up a spiral staircase no one assisted me. the night shift employee was indifferent to my questions.
