friendly staff tasty treat comfy bed great location
I adore this hotel! The staff is super friendly. Each afternoon, they bake treats, like chocolate cake, to enjoy! The bed and pillow felt so comfy. The hotel's location is wonderful. It is so easy to walk to famous places.

Breakfast includes a perfect choice of food. Every afternoon, the hotel bakes special treats for the guests. Fresh baked goods include chocolate cake! I was delighted with such selection.

local knowledge safe feeling sweet touch
alexandra helped me so much to figure out the tours i wanted to go on she really took her time i felt welcome and safe as a solo traveler the front desk offered cake tea and coffee that was such a sweet little thing.
i asked for a bottle of water in the morning but the receptionist offered me a partially used one that seemed odd.

the location is just amazing it is like a little village within the bigger city i liked the island setting very much there are many restaurants and shops close by so convenience is great.

disorganized breakfast small room
The breakfast service felt disorganized. A single staff member handled everything, and there were no self-service options for basics like coffee or tea. This caused unnecessary delays, especially during peak hours. It reminded me of a scramble. Our room, a Standard Double Room, was also smaller than expected. Maneuvering around luggage was a challenge.

prime location friendly staff
the location was really prime for exploring nearby spots. the staff was very friendly and they kept the rooms really tidy, it was done every day too.
the room was missing a window which came as a little surprise to me.

the staff was helpful .
The room was smaller than i expected, it was a beautiful double room. also, the minibar wasn't restocked daily. I had to ask for refills, a bit inconvenient. the noise from the street was noticeable even late at night.
