A WOW stay!
bright scheme helpful staff free drink breakfast choices
The reception area had a bright colour scheme. The staff was friendly and helpful ALL the time. I got a complimentary drink upon arrival. there were tea and coffee options available on the ground floor. The breakfast choices included gluten-free options.
The room was a bit on the smaller side. I kind of expected it to be slightly bigger, but that's really the only thing.

The lobby had an inviting atmosphere. I noticed the cozy bar and appreciated the good background music played. I saw many people utilizing the tables for work or socializing. This, even when I was on my own.

Breakfast was excellent. There were many choices available, including healthy ones. I REALLY loved the detox water, also how they kept it available. The front desk staff were nice and young. The lobby was very warm and friendly.

small room inconsistent pressure
The room size proved a significant issue. it was smaller than i anticipated, especially considering it was meant for two occupants. i found the available space inadequate given the price point. the shower had inconsistent water pressure. Temperature control was also problematic.

super central, super fun!
metro proximity complimentary drinks warm welcome sustainability focus
i found the location awesome, just a minute from the metro. the bar offered complimentary drinks and unlimited coffee! the staff gave such a warm welcome. plus, i really liked the focus on sustainability throughout the hotel.
The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear some noise from the hallway. i'd recommend bringing earplugs just in case. It really didn't bother me too much though.

the complimentary drink voucher upon arrival was a great touch. the bar area also offers free tea and coffee! breakfast was quick and convenient and served in the lobby each morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . they gave recommendations for nearby food and drink spots! they offered assistance with luggage and room location upon my arrival. It really made a difference.

there's a bar on-site and a peaceful garden downstairs that guests can use. i really appreciated the freebies in the room such as drinking water and toiletries. the lobby has a seating area and a foosball table.
