underwhelming experience
significant street noise small room
the location was convenient.
The room was quite small. there was also significant street noise that kept me awake several times. I really think this should be addressed. getting only one free sauna session for the price felt stingy too.

great location, comfortable stay
decent room cute staff
The room size was decent for a european hotel, i stayed in a double room sauna access. i found the breakfast to be top notch with fresh coffee. The staff seemed cute. endless restaurants are within walking distance, and a metro stop is a couple minutes away!
the room location was close to the stairs and there was poor sound proofing for the price paid. i found hair around the bed mattress, and there was no mattress topper to add comfort.

The breakfast offers fresh coffee and orange juice. Also many great restaurants are in the local area. i noticed several patrons enjoying the breakfast items, and the area was kept tidy by staff. the selection included pastries, fruits, and hot dishes.

The staff answered all my questions and were very friendly and helpful. front desk personnel were available 24/7, ensuring someone could assist at any hour. The staff gave great dinner recommendations. employees also spoke multiple languages, accommodating international guests.

The hotel is close to a metro station, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. The spa offers a nice extra to relax. bastille metro hub nearby serves three major lines. the hotel also has a small salt pool and sauna.
