shower oils local restaurants helpful information faulty door missing table bad neighborhood
the shower had amazing shower oils for both energy and relaxation. the team offered suggestions of local restaurants. the pre check in information was very helpful to me.
the bathroom door did not open properly. there was no ironing table in the room. i found the neighborhood to be not so good (not the hotel's fault, of course).

lovely stay with amazing staff
easy access nearby restaurants warm staff
the hotel location is great with easy metro access. i found a block and a half distance to the metro entrance. the street was quiet, though restaurants and bars were nearby, offering lots of options. the hotel staff was warm and knowledgeable.
The room smelled of fish when the heating came on. It was never located! the breakfast was not good. The watery scrambled eggs were a bad sign. i did not think it was worth the extra money, so i skipped it.

The reception staff was wonderful. They were very helpful and kind! david, miriam, and dominick provided great support with recommendations and guidance, and they were all very prompt.

the location offered many options for lunch and dinner within walking distance. there were also excellent bakeries and coffee shops close by. the hotel's proximity to the metro made getting around simple.

the hotel provides a good breakfast, with plenty of options . the breakfast service offered a range of dishes, all prepared to a high standard. the dining area was clean and very well maintained.

my room was impeccably clean and equipped with modern amenities, the decor was also very lovely. i received a complimentary room upgrade to a balcony room, i enjoyed it. the hotel rooms offer a comfortable and functional space.

I had some trouble using the shower. It flooded the bathroom. The floor was very slippery because it got very wet.

i liked the immaculate room. it had thoughtful design. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. i particularly appreciated the l'occitane products.
The room, while adequate, was a bit small. Barely enough space.

local suggestions shower oils
the pre-check-in information was helpful , with many suggestions for local restaurants. the room amenities included shower oils for both energy and relaxation. the team were very good too. i found this special touch very charming.
i booked a twin room , but the beds could not be separated , which might be uncomfortable for some guests. the small space limited any possibility of rearranging them for more space. i hope they address this in the future.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. they provided excellent service . the room featured complimentary toiletries from l'occitane. the coffee machine and mini fridge in the room were convenient.

the check-in process was very efficient the front desk staff was helpful rooms were a good size. the location was lovely with hidden gems for pastries and delicious meals nearby. the pre check in information contained great suggestions of local restaurants too.
the bathroom trash can was broken i also missed an ironing table
