the hotel location is great with easy metro access. i found a block and a half distance to the metro entrance. the street was quiet, though restaurants and bars were nearby, offering lots of options. the hotel staff was warm and knowledgeable.

The room smelled of fish when the heating came on. It was never located! the breakfast was not good. The watery scrambled eggs were a bad sign. i did not think it was worth the extra money, so i skipped it.

The reception staff was wonderful. They were very helpful and kind! david, miriam, and dominick provided great support with recommendations and guidance, and they were all very prompt.

i booked a twin room , but the beds could not be separated , which might be uncomfortable for some guests. the small space limited any possibility of rearranging them for more space. i hope they address this in the future.
