I experienced friendly service at the front desk! they ensured my seamless settling in and enjoyment throughout my stay. the location is amazing, close to museums and wonderful sites. breakfast presented great and healthy choices. It was a good way to kickstart the day. i had the best sleep!

My room was not great. It had a bizarre decoration. Each wall had a different pattern. Each tile on the floor was also different. It felt a bit too chaotic for a relaxing stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I really liked the unique decor and colors in the room. Its location was perfect. Everything was very close to us.
The breakfast was not very good compared to similar hotels of the same level. The room needed more storage, and it definitely needed more shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. the room was very dark. I often needed to use my phone to find things.

the staff were good , always ready with a smile and helpful information. i was particularly charmed by the quick and easy check-in and check-out processes. the hotel happily held my bags after i checked out , so i explored the area more freely. the unique décor added a touch of whimsy to my experience.
i noticed the storage space in the room was a bit limited , especially for toiletries in the bathroom.

the staff were friendly and cute. they helped with many things, even restaurant bookings before i arrived. my room was clean, and the bed was comfy. i felt the room was roomier than i was expecting for a hotel room (which was a nice surprise).
better lighting in the bathroom would be useful for applying makeup.
