excellent location helpful staff clean room small elevator faulty remote poor sound isolation
The location was excellent. It was very close to many attractions. The staff was cute. They were also helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was clean and spacious (especially considering the location).
The elevator was quite small. It could barely fit two people with luggage. The air conditioning remote didn't work. I was told to wait as the remote "might be hot". The sound isolation between the rooms was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

central location helpful staff
the location is really central i could walk to many attractions the opera metro station is super close too i found a supermarket just down the street which was handy the room had a working air conditioning unit the room was comfortable and it was good to relax after a long day. the staff gave great metro directions i needed that for getting around the city fast.
the elevator was old it seemed really small

The location is great near the opera. There is a bar nearby about 20 feet away. The staff provided excellent service!
The room was small and needs updates. The carpet felt old throughout the hotel. The elevator was also tiny.
