Excellent Hotel Near Metro

I thought the location was perfect due to its proximity to the underground station. The bed offered great comfort. The morning breakfast and complimentary coffee were wonderful additions. The staff provided really good service with their kindness and assistance. Connecting my phone to the television worked perfectly.

the front desk staff was helpful with directions and transportation. it was nice to be close to the metro and buses. the room was always well cleaned daily. i was able to control the room temperature without a blasting fan, so i had a very comfortable environment.

the building is so central and close to the metro station i could easily reach all the quarters of the city there were many shops restaurants and major attractions nearby which was really convenient

The staff were very helpful any time of day. I really liked the provided toiletries and how clean the room was. The bathroom had an excellent shower, and I appreciated the locker at reception to store my bags. The area felt safe. A coffee shop across the street was awesome!
The hotel plumbing made noise, sometimes waking me up at night. The noise was not just from other guests, but from inside the walls and pipes.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They stored our luggage early and promptly provided a kettle. the family room had four separate beds and a shower, not a bathtub, with hot water.
the neighborhood isn't the smartest, though it seemed safe enough, and it's near an underground station.

The location was great for exploring. It was close to a subway station, and I found many nice restaurants nearby. Staff helped me navigate the city, and the breakfast service had a great variety! The attention from the staff was great. They were helpful in every way possible, and the room was clean.
My room was a bit small, though it was manageable. There was no bottle of water in the room, so keep that in mind.
