I found the staff to be very nice and accommodating. The room was quite spacious, especially for a city stay. The location proved perfect for my trip. It was right beside the metro station.
The room was a bit cramped. I had some trouble opening my suitcases fully.

The room included a comfortable bed and daily replenishment of bottled water. The bathroom featured a large mirror and sufficient counter space. Windows opened fully, allowing fresh air inside (this was a real plus!).

i really liked that the staff was friendly. the proximity to the metro made getting around so easy! our room size was perfect, not too small, not too big.
the bathtub was quite tall and a bit hard to get in and out of. i flooded the floor a bit during my shower because of the handheld shower head, annoying.

The location is quite convenient. It is just a short walk from the subway station. I also found restaurants nearby (which was great after a long day).
The fire alarm went off one day. It also went off again at 1:00 am that same morning. The staff were not very helpful about it (i found that to be annoying).
