Excellent Location and Friendly Service
accommodating staff spacious room convenient location
I found the staff to be very nice and accommodating. The room was quite spacious, especially for a city stay. The location proved perfect for my trip. It was right beside the metro station.
The room was a bit cramped. I had some trouble opening my suitcases fully.

The room included a comfortable bed and daily replenishment of bottled water. The bathroom featured a large mirror and sufficient counter space. Windows opened fully, allowing fresh air inside (this was a real plus!).

The breakfast area provided a good selection of items (especially the pastries!). There was a dedicated eating space with ample seating. Coffee and tea were readily available throughout breakfast service.

The hotel's location offers great value, specifically given the proximity to local amenities. The area felt quiet even though it was in a popular part of town. The front desk staff was helpful and available late into the evening.

i really appreciated the convenient location. the metro station was a short walk away. i found several great restaurants nearby. the breakfast had fresh fruit and baked goods. my room also included a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed.
the elevator made a slightly strange noise sometimes.

amazing hotel, amazing stay!
friendly staff perfect room
i really liked that the staff was friendly. the proximity to the metro made getting around so easy! our room size was perfect, not too small, not too big.
the bathtub was quite tall and a bit hard to get in and out of. i flooded the floor a bit during my shower because of the handheld shower head, annoying.

the hotel includes a lovely lobby lounge. there is a minibar in the rooms. the hvac system worked great! this all.

the room featured modern, clean decor and felt bright and airy. the bed was not two beds put together, it was genuinely big. noise insulation was excellent, and the air conditioning was quiet too.

A decent experience overall
subway station nearby restaurants fire alarm unhelpful staff
The location is quite convenient. It is just a short walk from the subway station. I also found restaurants nearby (which was great after a long day).
The fire alarm went off one day. It also went off again at 1:00 am that same morning. The staff were not very helpful about it (i found that to be annoying).

the location was good. it was close to many shops. the rooms decoration was nice. the front desk was friendly with requests.
the elevator conked out. i had to climb the stairs. the guy at reception was sleeping. it was behind the counter.
