surprisingly good
helpful staff excellent location luggage storage
i found the staff helpful. they arranged airport transfers and provided useful tips for local attractions. the location proved excellent with easy access to the central market and various restaurants. also, i appreciated the luggage storage service both before check-in and after checkout.
the elevator seemed a bit slow at times, causing minor delays.

the standard double room included a well-stocked minibar and complimentary bottled water, which i thought was a nice touch. the room featured blackout curtains and soundproofing, which really ensured a restful sleep. a small seating area with a table was also in the room..

The hotel is close to the main market and grocery stores. The metro station is within walking distance. The staff helped immediately with all requests. The room had a mini fridge, convenient.

The hotel had a great location near the central market hall and public transport. the bed was comfortable. This was perfect after exploring. the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella on a rainy evening.
i found breakfast to be somewhat lacking, i thought it could have more variety

The staff were polite (always a plus). The breakfast had fresh and tasty options.
I was disappointed by the small room size. The bed was also not comfortable. It was too soft for my liking. I had hoped for a better sleep quality.
