The staff at the reception were very helpful, addressing all my questions. The hotel was clean, maintaining high standards throughout (a big plus for me). I found free water, coffee, and tea available 24/7 in a lounge area, nice for relaxation. The breakfast had good variety, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
My room was slightly small. There was not a lot of extra space.

the hotel location was acceptable, it's near the metro.
The room i booked, a beautiful double or twin room synagogue view, felt quite cramped. the bathroom had a persistent sewer smell that i found unpleasant. It seemed like an issue throughout the hotel corridors, too. the water pressure in the shower was also weak.
