old stains odd smell
the free parking was acceptable.
My sheets had old stains. this was really gross to see. there was also a strong, odd smell on the second floor. It bothered me.

a decent place to stay
good location nice breakfast great recommendation leaking shower impolite staff
the hotel location is good. it was on the river and that felt very nice, but it is somewhat close to the center of the city. breakfast includes gf bread. the restaurant dionysus was a great recommendation on same street.
i noticed the shower cabin was leaking. the staff should be more polite with guests. rooms close to the elevator should not be booked as the noise is horrible. the rooms should be soundproof.

bathroom cleanliness burnt-oil smell
The bathroom cleanliness was not good. i found hair in the shower and on the floor, it was not pleasant. there was also a sewage smell in the room. It didn't go away even after airing the place. the restaurant area is small, so breakfast was crowded, and guests bumped each other, the parking garage had a burnt-oil smell.

the hotel was newly renovated. the staff were helpful. i appreciated the car service arranged by the front desk as i needed to get to the airport early one morning. i found the staff spoke fluent english, something i always value when traveling.
the restaurant area felt small, making breakfast time a bit crowded and guests bumped into each other!

underground parking attentive staff
the hotel has underground parking!). the staff were attentive. the lobby offered complimentary coffee and water all day. i found that very convenient, especially in the mornings.
the room seemed to lack sufficient soundproofing from the corridor. i could hear noise and people passing by, which slightly disturbed my sleep.

the breakfast buffet provided fresh products with a satisfying variety. nespresso capsules in the room were replenished daily, this being a nice touch. a cool water dispenser was also available in the lobby.

the room was large and well furnished, with a high ceiling. the air conditioning worked effectively throughout the hotel. a nespresso machine was a welcome addition. the safe parking was a plus.
