The room was spacious. it had a mini kitchen. I could easily make some quick meals. the bed seemed comfortable too. i appreciated that.
On my first night, i smellt cannabis in the corridor. the smell seeped into my room. This made it unbearable. i informed reception, but no one could identify the source. instead of action, i was told someone will deal with it in the morning.

the suite was really spacious! the equipment looked to be of very high quality. i could also work easily because there was an ergonomic desk and chair. fast wifi.
there was a broken pipe, so there was no hot water and no water at all, just brown water for hours. the spa was closed for a day and a half. we only got one complimentary breakfast to make up for it.

the suite was modern and very bright. the balcony was a great addition and i enjoyed listening to the music each night. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom size was nice. the bed was enormous, and i really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
That caused minor inconvenience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions, and the service was fast. the team. I appreciated their responsiveness and support , and the staff were attentive to all guests.

the hotel included a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills and weights. the spa area featured a clean pool and a jacuzzi. i especially enjoyed the inner courtyard with its fountain and seating, and very neat place.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices and great variety. they provided options for specially cooked dishes such as omelets, and the quality of food was excellent. i loved all the choices.

the reception staff was very nice and helpful upon arrival. the location was excellent being just a short walk from the tram and metro lines. i found the outdoor garden to be a very peaceful place for reading and having a drink at any time during the day or night.
the hotel gym was a bit small, especially with several guests using it at the same time.

the swimming pool offered a divine experience with extra facilities available though i did not get to use them. the hotel has a well-equipped gym which allowed me to maintain my workout routine . the hotel also provides a spa for a relaxing experince.

the staff was attentive and kind making my stay more pleasant. i had an excellent experience and the staff was really helpful and accommodating. breakfast was really delicious providing varied options , made mornings enjoyable.

the hotel location was ideal for exploring the area and the city at large. local transport was easily accessible with tram and subway stops nearby. there are plenty of good places to eat and drink near the hotel.

The gym did not meet expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Several cardio machines were out of order on one day, and the resistance machine was broken on another day.

The apartment room was spacious! I appreciated the daily cleaning and replenishment of water bottles, tea, and coffee. The location is convenient. It allows a short walk to trams for longer journeys, with numerous dining and sightseeing options within a 20 to 30 minute walk.
I found the gym less satisfactory given my expectations for a hotel of this calibre. One day, two cardio machines were out of service! another time, people were changing in the gym. I felt the gym was hardly usable.

The breakfast is complete and well-attended. The restaurant is beautiful and stylish. It offered excellent service. I found this enhanced my overall dining experience here.

The hotel offers many conveniences! The spa center, though small, is very clean, as is the pool. I found the underground garage very useful though the spaces are tight for larger vehicles.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. I was able to reach many destinations on foot from the hotel. Public transportation is also easily accessible.
