attentive customer service refreshing air conditioning tidy daily housekeeping
The customer service was so attentive to my needs. I appreciated the air conditioning, it kept the room quite refreshing. The room was tidy because of daily housekeeping.
The plumbing was not optimal. The bathroom have some sewer smell. The facilities are old.

perfect location very nice staff helpful directions local suggestions
The location was perfect for my needs. the staff was very nice and super helpful . i found them especially amazing when i needed directions and suggestions for local spots. They really were pretty good too ensure i had a great experience.
the sound insulation wasn't the best, and i could hear some noise from the hallway, but it wasn't too bad.

My double room with a shower was great. It was surprisingly spacious for a central spot. the bed was comfortable, and the shower had hot water. it was nice after a long day!

The location was excellent. It's very close to major attractions. my room had effective air conditioning. This was appreciated. the receptionists were friendly. They gave helpful directions. i found the breakfast convenient. It offered fresh continental options.
The elevator felt small. It might be difficult for some people to use with luggage.

central location large bathroom shabby look bad smell
The location was really central. It was great. i got a big room with a large bathroom and a separate toilet! there was lots of cabinet space.
The hotel looked really shabby from outside. It smelled bad when i walked in. the communal areas looked awful and the lift looked so ancient. I opted to walk up
