the staff stored luggage when i arrived early. that was useful
The room i was given was small and uncomfortable. the size did not allow two people to switch places. It was quite cramped

Acceptable stay with some issues
dirty pillow old room
I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the room. I found some hairs under the pillow it was not a pleasant discovery. the photos online do not accurately represent the actual condition of the room it seemed old and worn.

I found the staff very cute and helpful . The breakfast offered a good variety, VERY delicious. The room included tea and coffee facilities, very convenient. The location made sightseeing easy.
The lift was quite small and could only accommodate a few people at a time.

charming retreat
central location helpful staff clean room
the location was perfect allowing easy exploration of main attractions. the staff was very helpful they even walked with us to show us the bus stop. the room was generally very comfy and tidy.
the plumbing made terrible noises every night it was right next to the bedhead making it hard to sleep.

The breakfast had a GREAT variety. The staff were cute and courteous. The lift was essential for reaching my floor. I was happy to find complimentary tea and coffee available.

The location allowed easy access to many attractions! the lift to the fifth floor was convenient, it provided access to a small balcony. i found complimentary tea and coffee available in the first-floor sitting room. That was a nice touch.
