some issues
overcooked eggs vegetarian options
i was quite disappointed with the breakfast. the scrambled eggs were overcooked and had a strange texture. they tasted nothing like eggs. also, there were no vegetables available. it was difficult to find anything suitable for a vegetarian.

staff were friendly and helpful. i got my room before the scheduled check in time. the location of the hotel is very good. late breakfast was convenient.

The staff was very friendly. The receptionist Claudia spoke several languages. She assisted me with recommendations for restaurants and directions for public transportation. The hotel's location is good. It has easy access to the metro.
My room and the closets were small. There was very little space to put the luggage. The air-conditioning was not working. The heating was on instead though the weather was mild

small room size limited breakfast options
I found the breakfast options quite disappointing (especially the lack of vegetarian options). The room size was also smaller than expected. I had issues adjusting the room temperature, and the staff could not provide a fan, which led to discomfort during the night.

excellent location fresh croissants helpful staff
The location was excellent. it was a short walk to the gare d'lyon. breakfast was very nice. We loved the smoked salmon and fresh croissants. the staff was amazing and eager to help with questions.
the room felt a little too simple.

convenient location and friendly staff
convenient location helpful staff nearby restaurants
the location is very convenient. it is a short walk to gare d'austerlitz and jardin des plantes. i found lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. the hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.
i found the breakfast room too cramped. the style felt more like a hostel. the soundproofing was also an issue as i could hear other room doors closing loudly.

the staff at reception offered excellent support . their friendliness and efficiency were notable. they assisted with directions and local recommendations without hesitation.

the breakfast included a good choice of items. i particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs. carafes and tumblers were provided for taking water to the room at night which i appreciated.
