The location provided easy access to main attractions. I appreciated the front desk staff's friendliness and their assistance with directions. I found several excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, perfect for exploring local cuisine.
The room size was smaller than expected, but it served its purpose well for a short stay.

The receptionist, Nade, offered cute service. He was attentive. He maintained professionalism throughout my stay. He is an employee the company can be proud of. The front of house security was great. They were accommodating.

The room was super clean. It was comfortable and relaxing. The cleanliness was really good. The hotel maintained a calm atmosphere. It reminded me of a home. Lots of care clearly goes into the guest experience.

the location was central. i easily accessed many attractions. the staff were helpful. i also appreciated the cleanliness.
The room i had was quite small. i found the bathroom inadequate. The toilet was difficult to access. the shower screen was broken. the breakfast options seemed limited.
