Excellent location, friendly staff
friendly staff convenient location clean room
The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location near the Jardin du Luxembourg (it's really beautiful). I appreciated the clean and well-decorated room. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.
The lobby area is small and lacks several amenities. The street noise was sometimes disruptive at night. I think the hotel should consider improvements to minimize external sounds (maybe better soundproofing).

The hotel is near many tourist attractions and a university. The neighborhood not sketchy at all, even when walking alone at night. It is a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Panthéon.

The front desk representatives are very professional and helpful. All staff members communicated effectively in English. Assistance was always readily available when requested. The hotel staff were helpful.

Baked goods and coffee or tea were available in the afternoons. The hotel offered additional services such as umbrellas and irons. This provided convenience . These amenities enhanced the overall experience.

The room was immaculate (spotlessly clean). The air conditioning worked very well. The room had a good size, adequate for two people. It was easy to move around inside the room.

The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The breakfast was great (especially the croissants!). I enjoyed the variety and quality of the food offered. The dining area was clean and well kept.

the location was really good. it was easy to get to two metro lines. there are many Restaurants nearby, so i didn't need to go far. the front desk staff helped me a lot.
the hotel experienced a hot WATER outage . it lasted three days and was a great inconvenience. this was frustrating.

The location was convenient enough to reach nearby restaurants.
The hot water was completely out for three days. The hotel management did not seem to address the issue quickly at all.
