The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location near the Jardin du Luxembourg (it's really beautiful). I appreciated the clean and well-decorated room. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.
The lobby area is small and lacks several amenities. The street noise was sometimes disruptive at night. I think the hotel should consider improvements to minimize external sounds (maybe better soundproofing).

The hotel is near many tourist attractions and a university. The neighborhood secure hotel, even when walking alone at night. It is a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Panthéon.

The front desk representatives are very professional and helpful. All staff members communicated effectively in English. Assistance was always readily available when requested. The hotel staff were helpful.

The room was immaculate (spotlessly clean). The air conditioning worked very well. The room had a good size, adequate for two people. It was easy to move around inside the room.

the location was very good near attractions. the staff was always friendly and helpful to guests. the room was very clean and tidy, which i appreciate.
Soundproofing was insufficient. Noise from outside disturbed my sleep. the hotel room seemed older than advertised and not recently renovated. hot water was unavailable for several days , i had to shower elsewhere.

the location was really good. it was easy to get to two metro lines. there are many Restaurants nearby, so i didn't need to go far. the front desk staff helped me a lot.
the hotel experienced a hot WATER outage . it lasted three days and was a great inconvenience. this was frustrating.
