run-down exterior slow heater
The staff was very friendly and helpful .
The hotel's exterior was quite run-down. My room was cold, and they provided a heater only after I requested it the next day. No alternative solutions were offered initially. I found this lack of immediate care unsatisfactory.

i found the room large and the bed amazingly comfortable. the bathtub was very nice. everything was clean. the staff was kind
