helpful staff nespresso machine fresh robes heating problem pornographic paintings unresponsive reception

the staff were always willing to assist me. i appreciated the nespresso machine i found in my room. fresh robes were available anytime i needed them.

the room heating was unfortunately not working it made the room very cold. paintings in my room were quite pornographic i found them offensive. the reception did not take them away even when i asked

complimentary beverages nespresso machine room size street noise

the hotel provided complimentary hot beverages in the foyer. this was accessible at all times and of good quality. a nespresso machine also was provided in my room, i found this very convenient.

the room i booked (beautiful double) looked smaller than shown in pictures. i noticed consistent street noise. the window did not seem to block sound effectively.

the hotel is new and modern. i liked the room and the bathroom. the bed was comfortable and pillows were soft, resulting in a good sleep.

the paintings in my room seemed pornographic. i told the reception to remove them in the morning, though he did not
