great hotel experience
attentive staff room upgrade extra space
the location is excellent near various attractions. the staff was very attentive to our needs. i received a room upgrade to a beautiful room and appreciated the extra space it offered.
the gym equipment is a bit outdated.

the hotel has a pool that provided a refreshing break after exploring the city it features several loungers for relaxation and offered a calm atmosphere the spa area provided different treatments. also the staff kept the area very clean.

breakfast included a variety of fresh options each morning. the bar offered a selection of drinks with prompt service and the restaurant had a comprehensive wine list with attentive sommeliers , made appropriate recommendations to perfectly pair with each meal.

my room included a large bed with quality linens and blackout curtains. the bathroom had two sinks and provided luxury toiletries it also had a rainfall shower that was a good size. the soundproofing worked well to guarantee tranquility.

quiet room helpful staff small gym closed pool
the room was lovely (a duplex), and it was very quiet. the location is fantastic, offering easy access to explore the area. the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the hotel areas very clean.
the gym was small. the pool was closed . i expected more from a 5-star hotel.

Excellent Location and Service
delicious cocktails helpful staff
the staff assisted me with directions upon request. the hotel has a spa including a swimming pool. i appreciated the macarons i received on my first night (a special touch!). the bar offers delicious cocktails and food.
the fitness room was not up to par. i expected better equipment and space.

the hotel is situated just a few minutes from the louvre museum. place de la concorde and place vendôme are also within a short walking distance, offering easy access to major attractions. this central location enhances the overall experience.
