The location was acceptable because it was near the metro line.
The climate control system was quite ineffective. I only had the option of heating in my room. The room became uncomfortably warm, reaching 27 degrees Celsius, which disrupted my sleep. the odor from the pillows smelled like used cleaning water.

The location was fantastic. Very close to a metro station. the room offered tea and coffee facilities which i used daily. i also liked the variety of restaurants nearby. the croissants offered in the lobby were a nice touch.
the bathroom was very small though the shower itself was adequate.

the staff offered coffee and water upon my arrival. they also helped me while i waited for my taxi. the hotel provided accessible solutions after a small accessibility issue arose at the beginning.
