helpful staff room upgrade free afternoon tea outdated decor little stains non-working tv
the staff was helpful and accommodating. i got a room upgrade and this was a treat. afternoon tea was free and a welcome thing after a day of sightseeing.
the 4-star rating seemed misleading. the room decor seemed outdated and had little stains. the tv was old and didn't work, even after a technician tried to fix it.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff train station easy transport convenient walk
the staff were cute and helpful, it really added to my stay. the hotel offered great proximity to the train station. i traveled to a port, and transporting my bags was very easy. i found the short walk very convenient.
the room decor seemed a little outdated. i noticed some small stains in the room. these issues were quite minor overall.

breakfast was nice each morning, a great way to begin the day. i found a variety of options were available. the dining area was always clean and well kept, which i appreciated.

the room was always clean and comfortably sized for me. it was well-kept . amenities such as rituals toiletries and slippers were present. it all added to a relaxing atmosphere.

the hotel team showed attentiveness and continuous support throughout my stay. i especially appreciated their hospitality. the front desk was warm and cute, especially in the mornings, which i liked.

The staff was helpful and friendly at all hours (day or night).
The room's decor felt dated, with small stains noticeable throughout. the television did not function correctly even after repair attempts, which I found disappointing.

friendly staff free drinks clean room
The staff was very friendly, Miriam helped with all requests. The hotel provides free hot drinks and cakes from 2 PM to 6 PM. The room was clean and spacious.
The room was slightly cramped.
