I found the location quite convenient. It was near the Opera Garnier. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was great. It included delicious pastries and a variety of options. The room also provided complimentary water.

the staff came to get our luggage immediately upon our taxi's arrival. we were able to store our luggage until 8 pm at checkout.
the room was quite small! the facility seems a bit obsolete. it would be better if breakfast could be served as a buffet.

the staff was excellent. i found the breakfast to be very good, especially the croissants. the location is very convenient, close to multiple metro stations, which i appreciate. the room was clean, and i enjoyed the modern decor.
the elevator was a bit slow, but it was manageable.

mixed feelings about this stay
cramped roominconvenient breakfast
the room felt a little cramped even for one person the space felt outdated. breakfast was not a buffet i had to fill out a form the day before it felt inconvenient. i also asked for a picnic to take with me because i had a very early flight it wasn't ready they prepared a minimal breakfast with help from the receptionist the process was slow and the food wasn't good

unpleasant smellbuffet absence
i was pretty annoyed by a couple of things . the lack of daily bottled water was frustrating. i had to refill the same bottle myself in the kitchen. also, breakfast wasn't a buffet. it was necessary to tell someone what i wanted, and honestly, the quality wasn't great. the glasses and dishes had an unpleasant smell. it made mealtimes less than appealing.

The staff was courteous and kind. breakfast was fresh and of high quality. I found it lovely. the location was central, near restaurants, shops and transport.
The walls were really thin. I could hear conversations from the room next to mine. noises from outside.
