immediate luggage retrieval luggage storage small room obsolete facility
the staff came to get our luggage immediately upon our taxi's arrival. we were able to store our luggage until 8 pm at checkout.
the room was quite small! the facility seems a bit obsolete. it would be better if breakfast could be served as a buffet.

excellent staff convenient location clean room modern decor
the staff was excellent. i found the breakfast to be very good, especially the croissants. the location is very convenient, close to multiple metro stations, which i appreciate. the room was clean, and i enjoyed the modern decor.
the elevator was a bit slow, but it was manageable.

the superior double room offered ample space. it included a modern bathroom with high-quality fixtures. the room had good sound insulation, and we loved the comfy bed.

mixed feelings about this stay
cramped room inconvenient breakfast
the room felt a little cramped even for one person the space felt outdated. breakfast was not a buffet i had to fill out a form the day before it felt inconvenient. i also asked for a picnic to take with me because i had a very early flight it wasn't ready they prepared a minimal breakfast with help from the receptionist the process was slow and the food wasn't good

unpleasant smell buffet absence
i was pretty annoyed by a couple of things . the lack of daily bottled water was frustrating. i had to refill the same bottle myself in the kitchen. also, breakfast wasn't a buffet. it was necessary to tell someone what i wanted, and honestly, the quality wasn't great. the glasses and dishes had an unpleasant smell. it made mealtimes less than appealing.

the staff, were nice.
the room i got was too small. breakfast was not good, requiring advance orders. the dishes were also dirty, it was not a good start to the day.

respectful staff fresh produce central location
The staff was courteous and kind. breakfast was fresh and of high quality. I found it lovely. the location was central, near restaurants, shops and transport.
The walls were really thin. I could hear conversations from the room next to mine. noises from outside.
