charming and stylish with excellent service
quiet area breakfast variety friendly staff
The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for peaceful nights. i found the breakfast to have a nice variety and it was presented beautifully. the staff were very friendly and happy, especially john and the breakfast lady. They were helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. the room had nice touches including a record player, it was a lovely surprise.
the shower did not regulate well, it switched between very hot and cold, it was inconvenient.

rooms are beautifully decorated and offer everything needed, including extra touches. the rooms had comfortable beds and large tv, i really appreciated the furniture's quirky style.

the room offered a nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules. the record player with a selection of albums was a nice touch. free parking was available on the surrounding streets during the weekend.

beautiful room wide selection fresh watermelon slippers
i found the room to be beautifully decorated. toiletries, slippers, and a variety of teas and coffees were in the room. the breakfast was amazing, with so many options. fresh watermelon, fruits, cucumbers, cheese, ham, and cereals were available.
the radiator was on constantly. it was very hot in the room.

fantastic location pleasant staff kelvingrove park
the location was fantastic. i enjoyed many nearby bars and restaurants. a walk through kelvingrove park was a highlight, and i found the ovo hydro easily accessible. the staff was very pleasant there.

record player great touch vinyl records friendly staff no drawers much hassle chest-of-drawers
the record player in the room added a great touch. it had some vinyl records available to play. breakfast offered plenty of choice and was frequently replenished. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
there were no drawers in the room. i had to live out of my suitcase. it was a bit of a hassle since i stayed for several days. the phonograph is quirky but a chest-of-drawers would be more useful.

a fairly good stay
clean room tea variety coffee variety small towel early checkout missing bin
The room was clean, and i liked the variety of teas and coffee available. breakfast included many options. Fresh watermelon and fruits were available. the location was good for seeing the nearby art gallery.
there was no bin in the room and no spoon to stir coffee. the bath towels were small. checkout was too early though was good.
