central location cute staff tasty meal fresh options
the location provided easy access to central areas I found the staff cute and helpful throughout my stay. the pub downstairs offered tasty meals at reasonable prices. breakfast featured a wide selection of fresh options that I enjoyed.
i noticed the soundproofing could be improved to minimise street noise.

cold shower cracked tiles
The staff was friendly and the location was central.
The bathroom was terrible. The shower was cold. It sprayed water at random times during the night and woke me up. The tiles were cracked, and I hope it was dirty silicon and not mold between the cracks, really.

charming stay in central location
excellent location single bed functional bathroom coffee facility
the hotel location was excellent for accessing local restaurants and bars. my twin room had two single beds and a functional bathroom. it was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. coffee and tea facilities were available.
the noise from the street was noticeable because the windows did not have double glazing. this did affect getting a restful sleep.

the hotel is centrally located. it is very close to the central and queen street stations, only a short walk away. this makes accessing transportation and nearby amenities convenient .

the continental breakfast included fresh fruits and pastries. the breakfast offered a good variety of options. a cooked option was available after 9.30 am, offering flexibility for late risers.

friendly staff tasty steak pie central location faulty shower little hot water broken tiles
The staff members were quite friendly and ready to help with questions. I had dinner in the pub and tried the steak pie. It was very tasty. The location is central with many options for food and drinks nearby.
The shower did not work very well. There was very little hot water on a couple of mornings, and the shower head kept falling. I noticed quite a few broken tiles on the bathroom floor with some sticky residue near the door.

a adequate stay
good location comfy bed outside noise broken tv
the location was good. the staff made sure i got breakfast even though i had to check out early. the bed and pillows were very comfy.
the outside noise in the room was not good for sleep. the windows are not double glazed which caused the noise. the tv did not work.
