clear information necessary item central location excellent service
The staff offered clear information upon arrival. My room provided all necessary items I needed . The location proved perfect as it was quite central. The Indian restaurant next door offered lovely food plus excellent service.
The hotel could use some upgrades. The carpets seemed like they needed replacement.

a balanced stay
central location friendly staff stale smell out of service lift
The hotel is centrally located near the station. This made travel easy. the staff were friendly and offered a nice welcome upon my arrival.
the lift was out of service . the stairs had a stale smell, not pleasant.

The hotel is near the Central Station and a taxi rank. Staff members were helpful and friendly. The room had everything I needed. I enjoyed the location a lot.
I could hear noise from outside during the night. The noise came from people doing karaoke every night. The lift felt old, but I had no issues with it .

The hotel has an attached Indian restaurant.. It made dinner quick and easy. Breakfast offered a good range of choices for a continental style meal, including fresh fruit and cereal.

My room was nice and neat. The bedding was fresh and the bathroom was clean. The rooms have enough space and are comfortable for what is needed. I found the bar nice and cozy with plenty of choice.

central location friendly staff deep cleaning moldy silicone
the location is totally brill, smack dab in the city center! the staff are so lovely, like super friendly and helpful, which i always appreciate. oh, and breakfast was just great, a fresh choice of fruit, veg and cereal, how could i not love it?
the room was okay, but it needs some serious deep cleaning asap. the bathroom felt ancient and in need of some tlc, what a letdown. i see rust on the radiator and black moldy silicone around the bath, yikes.
