great location clean suite spacious suite
the location was unbeatable. i walked to calton hill and holyrood palace easily. the two bedroom suite garden view was also very clean and spacious for my family.
the tv remote was missing some batteries

The apartment had a great location. It offered easy access to attractions and amenities. The apartment's size was perfect. I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
The heating did not work one chilly night. I could not get help until morning. The plumbing was also wired incorrectly. I got scalded when I turned on the bathroom sink, thinking it was cold water-.

Acceptable stay, but with issues
fish smell black hairs
The location was good. It was close to everything i wanted to see.
the apartment smelled strongly of fish. it was not just in the kitchen, it permeated the bedroom as well, really affecting my stay. the staff did move me to a different apartment, but the replacement had its own problems. i found black hairs on the fresh towels, which i found completely unhygienic.

The apartment was spacious. It provided a calming atmosphere. i noticed the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for simple meals. This detail touched me. the bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep quickly each night. It reminded me of a haven.
the apartment was warm, and i struggled to open the windows fully.

fantastic central location
clean hotel handy transport luggage lockers
the apartment had everything needed for the stay. it was nicely decorated and very clean. the location was superb, really handy for transport and city centre attractions. i appreciated the left luggage lockers after checkout as i had a late flight.
the hot water ran out quickly, so showers needed to be fast.

there was a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby, providing many options. the national portrait gallery across the street had an excellent selection of lunchtime food. the co-op was only a short walk away, useful for self-catering.

I appreciated the proximity to attractions with tram, train, and bus stops nearby. The apartment was quiet and had everything I needed. Beds were also very comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The apartment felt hot. Windows opened only slightly because of regulations, and flower pots blocked the airflow entirely.
