The room had a kettle and a fridge. I found that very convenient. the air conditioning worked very powerfully. the breakfast was affordable, also quite decent.

The location was excellent. I walked to the Royal Palace easily (it was very convenient!).

i found my room very clean. housekeeping clearly does a thorough job daily. the location proved perfect for exploring-close to main attractions and with easy access to a metro station (that's really helpful). the staff were always cute and ready to assist.
the beds were a bit firm. i personally found it slightly difficult to fall asleep quickly.

the hotel enjoys a very central position. it's near gran vía and many dining options (there are some decent ones if you look around). the proximity to theaters and other attractions makes it easy to get around.
