location good, room disappointing
small room no tea
The room Was REALLY small, like ridiculously small. I felt somewhat trapped. The lack of space, especially for the price, was a problem. there wasn't any tea or coffee making facilities in the room itself. You could buy it from a machine in reception, but that is not the same thing.

awesome stay!
helpful staff comfortable bed handy fridge amazing breakfast
the super nice team! they gave great directions and were always smiling. my room had a comfortable bed and a bar fridge, really handy. the breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! i loved the cereals, fruit, cheeses, and salamis.
there wasn't a kettle in the room, you needed to pay extra for coffee.

the location is really central. it is also a quick walk to both the royal palace and retiro park. i enjoyed exploring the city on foot!

my room was quite spacious and very clean, i must say! the beds were comfortable, and everything in the room was well maintained. i had no issues with cleanliness or comfort , it was perfect!

Breakfast started early at 6 am on weekdays, perfect for early risers. there was a great variety available. I especially liked the relaxed breakfast hours until 11:00 am. the variety of food items made for a complete breakfast!

The staff were lovely and professional. From check-in to the breakfast team, everyone was great. i especially appreciated the warm greeting and smile i received when i checked in! i would say the service was great!
