The location was great. Near a metro station. many restaurants were also nearby. the room was spacious, and it included necessary amenities. i felt it was good value for money. i liked that each room was equipped with everything needed.

Emailed about early check-in. I got no reply, and i had to change in a toilet after traveling.

slow elevators no concierge

the location allowed easy access to many attractions i found that quite acceptable.

the elevators were slow a frustrating experience. i found the lack of a concierge disappointing. also, the hotel isn't very close to the famous streets i hoped to visit
