excellent stay!
clean room modern decor helpful staff convenient cafe
The room was very nice and neat. shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were all provided. the lovely, modern decor made it very stylish. i also appreciated the cafe bar and seating area after a long day of travel. The staff there were very helpful.
the bed moved quite a bit whenever i shifted, which affected my sleep quality.

The coffee shop in the lobby had a good selection of light snacks. the hotel is near a metro station. a bus stop is available nearby. This provides easy access to various parts of the area.

the staff were friendly and provided good coffee from the bar. they helped guard luggage when we arrived early. i liked the incentive of a free drink per person for declining room cleaning.

the room included a fridge, appreciated. i found the room very clean. the bed was comfortable. it featured a tub. opening the window at night was possible.

The location is great. We could walk to most tourist locations within 20 minutes. the metro station is across the road. the hotel is near metro station, bus stops.

breakfast was tasty and filled requirements. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food and drinks. the restaurant in the hotel makes a big difference, as it's quite convenient. the food was AMAZING!!!

superb staff helpful directions unstable box spring uncomfortable mattress
the breakfast was great. i really appreciated the superb staff at the front desk. sara and sandra were very cute and helpful. they were patient with recommendations and directions!!!
i found the beds quite uncomfortable. the box spring seemed unstable and moved too much when i sat down. the mattress had springs, it was not good for my back.

great location upgraded room angry looks unwanted charge
i found THE location great. my upgraded room had plenty space. it had everything i needed for my stay.
the staff always has angry looks. it is like they do not want education. when I tried to check out, they tried to charge me for breakfast i did not have.
