helpful staff rooftop terrace excellent location noisy room noisy air conditioning bathroom updates
the staff was REALLY helpful . i also found the rooftop terrace NICE for a quick break. the location was excellent with easy access to nearby attractions.
the room was a little noisy at times, unfortunately. also, the air conditioning unit made quite A lot of noise. i noticed the bathroom needing some updates, too.

the location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
The room i had felt quite dated. the window did little to block out street noise, a definite downside. additionally, the walls seemed thin. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms..

nonexistent light barely functional air conditioning
the location was alright it was near some stuff
my room faced an interior courtyard so natural light was practically nonexistent the air conditioning barely functioned struggling to cool the space even slightly i guess i suffered a bit

The location was perfect. I was close to puerta del sol, the prado museum, and gran via. the breakfast included scrambled eggs, spanish omelet, fresh fruit, bread, and cheese! the coffee machine offered various options. the staff proved helpful with directions.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It leaked and didn't cool the room very well.

the crew was wonderful and genuinely helpful. i received nice installations , from the fresh towels to the room service, and all my needs were met with a smile and prompt attention.

The hotel is in a super central area, close to many tourist sites. all the sights are within a maximum 20 minute walk. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, ensuring convenient access to everything i needed.

Excellent Central Stay
amazing location helpful staff
I found the location to be amazing. It was close to many attractions and public transportation. The staff were helpful and kind, always ready to assist with directions. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The selection was good, and they kept it well-stocked. The size of the room was good, and the shower was excellent.
There was some noise from the lift, since my room was close to it. I could hear it every time it was used.
