i found the location to be super central. the room had a cute little balcony and a rooftop view. the staff was cheerful! breakfast was nice. the bathrooms were clean!
the room had a bad drain smell. i opened the window all night. the sink was loose from the wall. also, i could hear noises throughout the hotel.

the staff was REALLY helpful . i also found the rooftop terrace NICE for a quick break. the location was excellent with easy access to nearby attractions.

The location was perfect. I was close to puerta del sol, the prado museum, and gran via. the breakfast included scrambled eggs, spanish omelet, fresh fruit, bread, and cheese! the coffee machine offered various options. the staff proved helpful with directions.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It leaked and didn't cool the room very well.

I found the location to be amazing. It was close to many attractions and public transportation. The staff were helpful and kind, always ready to assist with directions. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The selection was good, and they kept it well-stocked. The size of the room was good, and the shower was excellent.
There was some noise from the lift, since my room was close to it. I could hear it every time it was used.
