charming find
quick staff great breakfast birthday note central location
i found the staff very helpful and quick they responded fast and were pleasant. the breakfast had many choices including fruit meat cheese and cakes it was a highlight of my stay. i was surprised with cakes and a birthday note it was a nice touch. the location is central offering easy access to many sites

the hotel is near puerta del sol a short walk gets you to major attractions like plaza mayor. a quiet side street keeps noise down while restaurants and bars are still close by. safe area provides extra peace of mind

the staff was always helpful providing warm service i appreciated their assistance with directions and recommendations. luggage storage was available allowing me to explore without carrying bags the team handled requests efficiently. they offer efficient service

easy access neat facilities
location was very good. metro access was simple and gran via was close, so walking there felt easy. the facilities got cleaned neatly. the breakfast included many options.
the wall sockets was loose. the flooring was broken. the paint was bubbling from damp inside the bedroom.

the staff were helpful. maria and pedro provided good assistance when i felt unwell throughout my stay. all reception staff i talked to were very good. they were kind too.
