the location is unbeatable. i found restaurants and shops right next door. the metro station was literally steps from the hotel entrance. i easily walked to retiro park in less than 5 minutes.
my room felt quite worn i think. the bathroom sink did not function properly, this bothered me a bit. the room temperature was centrally controlled and i could not switch on heating. i caught a cold because of the cold room conditions.

The location was fabulous. It was central. the staff were really good, attentive, and always on hand, even after flight delays. the room was super clean and the air-conditioning worked great. This was needed in 40° heat.

the location was excellent it was very close to two metro stations. i found great shopping nearby and el retiro was within walking distance. if you do not mind a short walk plaza mayor is accessible.
the bathroom sink did not function properly in my room it was a bit of a nuisance. the hairdryer also stopped working after only a few minutes of use. i found that the room temperature was centrally controlled and i could not adjust it to my liking it made it difficult to work.
