convenient spot near atocha station
great locationwide choicecomfortable roomfaulty thermostat
i found a great location near the train station. breakfast had a lot of choice. rooms were comfortable for sleeping. the rooms had good temperatures.
the hotel room card had problems. it took several attempts to enter the room. the thermostat was not working too. this affected room temperature a lot.

The staff were attentive. Breakfast had MANY options. They stored my luggage upon arrival. The main train station is very close by for easy access.

the location IS very central near the train station , , made getting around quite simple.
the room i was assigned initially proved quite disappointing , due to ITS small size. i found it quite cramped and not at all what i expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
