convenient location friendly staff poor sound insulation peeling paint
The location is super convenient, right by the grand via metro station, so getting around was easy! the staff were very friendly and helpful. Communications were simple.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear conversations and movements in the passage. also, some paint was peeling in the bathroom and some shower tiles were broken.

Awesome Location, Was so nice!
friendly staff prime location great breakfast
The staff was very friendly, and they did help me sort out any issues fast. My room was super cute plus its location is prime. This hotel is near everything so walking around was easy. Breakfast had many options and tasted great!
