Fantastic Stay on Gran Via

central location friendly service excellent view

The location was TRULY amazing, putting me right in the heart of everything. The staff's professionalism stood out, notably the friendly service. The rooftop bar provided excellent views, a nice spot to wind down after a day of exploring. I appreciated the convenience for accessing main attractions.

The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but it was manageable for a solo traveler.

Acceptable location, disappointing features

The location was acceptable, just steps from the Gran Via. (That was convenient, I guess.)

The rooftop was frequently booked for private events. I found it almost impossible to get a drink up there. It felt exclusive in a way I didn't appreciate.
