reception team suitcase loading anticipated needs
the reception team helped during check-in and check-out. i found they offered to book a taxi to the airport. my suitcases were loaded in the car before the taxi even arrived. the team anticipated needs very well.
Pillows were awful. It was difficult to sleep. my partner also had difficulty with them. a trolly was left outside my room all day. This wasn't a good look.

great location kind staff spotlessly tidy
The hotel's location offered AMAZING access to key attractions. Trains and buses were close by. Taxis waited right outside the front door, so transport was EASY. Staff members were very kind, especially the cleaning crew. They kept everything spotlessly tidy.
I noticed the hotel doesn't have its own parking. I had to use a nearby underground lot and pay extra, which wasn't ideal.

The breakfast buffet provided a VERY good variety of food. It was a worthwhile investment. I did not feel the need to look elsewhere for breakfast options .

limited gym equipment limited room service
I found a couple things disappointing. The gym had limited equipment. Only two treadmills, and the space felt cramped. the room service menu was quite limited. I wanted more variety for late-night options! The options seemed geared toward simple snacks rather than full meals, though the staff was nice.

the location was great. the breakfast featured fresh fruit and spanish specialties. the reception team was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out.

the location was very convenient taxis were readily available just outside the hotel's front door the staff was also quite helpful especially the cleaning staff they maintained our room in excellent condition the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options i found this worthwhile
the air conditioning did not work well it did not cool the room effectively this was a major issue after a long flight the room seemed smaller than it was in photos i also noticed the bathroom had a sewage smell an air freshener was the only solution provided

ineffective air conditioning poor soundproofing
The location was great, very central (I really appreciated that). The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The room I booked, a Vincci Room, turned out to be smaller than I expected. The air conditioning was not effective. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained uncomfortably warm. I also noticed that the soundproofing was poor, and I often heard noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. (This made sleeping difficult.)
