i thought the rooms were pretty small. bathrooms were also quite tiny. the water was not hot, we told the front desk about it, but no one came to check. i expected more for the price we paid. the rooms could use a redesign to allow for more space. including the showers

I really enjoyed my stay. the location was superb, near retiro park and the upscale salamanca area. i could easily walk to el prado museum, several churches, great shops, and amazing restaurants. the breakfast had great variety. Fresh orange juice, various fruits, and organic coffee were available.

the room i stayed in felt a bit small. closet space was limited, difficult to store my belongings effectively. hooks would help make up for the minimal closet space.
