i felt cared for. the staff remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast spread was fine, with fresh pastries and the sweetest fruits. the building itself is an art piece, a treasure where every corner held a secret beauty. i wandered the halls and found myself falling deeper in love with the details.

my heart sank a little when i saw the gym. it only had two treadmills and one stationary bike. the tea bags in the room weren't replenished daily, a small dissapointment. also, the walls felt a bit thin, and i could hear some noise from the hallway, a bit of a sorrow.

I was disappointed by inconsistent service during breakfast. One day the service was great. Another day I was seated and ignored for about 15 minutes. No coffee or tea arrived and no menu was offered. Staff walked by without acknowledging me. The experience was not good.

clean gym friendly staff hot sauna

The gym was a standout feature, open 24 hours and very clean. I especially liked the pool and sauna (the sauna was hot!). The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful .
