small room skipped housekeeping
the location was acceptable, near the metro station, which helped get around.
The room i got was quite small, a clear downgrade from what the photos suggested (felt a bit cheated, honestly). also, housekeeping skipped my room one day. When i asked at the reception, they gave me towels and a shrug. arguing about a 'do not disturb' sign was absurd.

helpful staff spanish phrases small room missing kettle
the staff greeted everyone with smiles they even helped with some spanish phrases. the room had everything i needed for my short stay it was quite convenient.
the room was small there was not enough space for all my things. i found that i was expecting a kettle for tea but there wasn't one.

excellent location shopping mall train station small room few hangers small foyer
The location is excellent I found train metro and bus options just in front of the building. A large shopping mall is across the street that was very useful. I walked to famous landmarks with ease.
The room was small I did not find enough hangers or shelves. I expected a kettle and tea or coffee for the price I paid. The hotel foyer is small with only a two-seat sofa.
