i found a safe in the room which was super useful. the breakfast was fantastic, i especially loved the fresh orange juice! staff was friendly and helpful, they answered every question i had. i really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, it was super clean when i arrived.
the minibar prices felt a little high.

The hotel has a modern design with a clean aesthetic. The gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and free weights. i noticed there is also a business center, it features several computers and printing services.

The reception desk is staffed 24/7 and offers assistance with luggage storage, convenient. i saw that they can also arrange airport transfers. The staff seemed multilingual and ready to help with any inquiries.

Excellent Central Stay

The room included daily refills of bottled water. We appreciated this touch. The breakfast offered a wide selection.. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. I also noticed the good Internet speed, which supported my work needs. The hotel gave us complimentary fruit after a minor inconvenience, showing excellent customer service.
The soundproofing was minimal and external noise was at times disruptive.

There was a convenient table near the reception area displaying complimentary lemonade, apples, and candies. The hotel offered luggage storage with a numbered receipt. This made our departure day much easier, as we explored more of the area before heading to the airport.

The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating to requests. One staff member, Jorge, provided really good assistance and attentiveness. The receptionists always addressed us with a smile and were quick to provide directions.

The hotel sits centrally in a quiet neighborhood near many excellent restaurants. The location is close to a metro station. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to Gran Via from the hotel.

The room was very clean and quite spacious, with daily housekeeping service. The bathroom had a good basic set of accessories available. The beds were comfortable. Fresh linens and towels were also provided daily.

the location worked well. it was close to many sights. the room seemed bigger than i expected. the staff are friendly and helpful.
the tv was small. the hotel did not have a bar, sheets weren't changed during my 3 night stay. breakfast began too late on weekends. i had to leave for the airport before it opened.

The noise was quite something. I mean ,the soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear everything from other guests to cleaning staff , which was not ideal. Also , the AC barely worked , and believe me , it's not fun when you are trying to sleep.
